I am very excited to be part of the Dickerson & Nieman Real Estate Team. I am active in many facets of the Rockford community and its surrounding areas. I would love to represent you as I have many happy clients-- buyers in finding their perfect home by listening to their specific needs, and sellers for having the knowledge and know-how to strategically market and promote their home.
I hold a Bachelors Degree in International Relations from the University of the Philippines and Masters Degree in Education from Saint Xavier University in Chicago. I have many years of experience in teaching English as a Second Language and Special Education working with students with Behavior and Emotional Disabilities in the public school setting. I also spent many years in pharmaceutical sales. I have a strong knowledge and involvement of the Rockford community. This allows me to be effective in my role. My enthusiasm, attention to detail, effective negotiation skills, and ability to interact with people of diverse backgrounds set me apart from other realtors. I speak conversational Spanish and multiple dialects and major languages of The Philippines.
As a first generation immigrant, I give back by being active in many multicultural programs and organizations in the area. I am also a cultural diversity trainer for many private organizations in Rockford. I support local groups and can often be seen in many cultural and sporting events throughout the city. In my personal life, I enjoy fitness and travel. I ran the Chicago Marathon in 2018 and have had the chance to visit 42 US states and 35 countries. I also enjoy hiking and the arts and being involved in my family's activities. I would love the opportunity to work with you and form a partnership in your real estate needs.
